## Our standards and goals
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Conformance status today
Status: partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
This means some parts of our content do not yet fully meet the standard. Known limitations and timelines are listed below.

- All interactive elements operable by keyboard
- Logical tab order and visible focus states
- Buttons and links have programmatic labels and clear names
Forms and errors
- Labels tied to inputs, helpful placeholders, and examples
- Errors explained in text and associated with relevant fields
- No hidden requirements that block submission for assistive tech users
Documents and downloads
- Preference for HTML pages over PDFs
- Alternate accessible formats available on request
Languages
- Primary language set to English
- Hindi versions of key pages planned
- Language attributes added where content changes language
## Accessibility of our gated communities
Most sales and community interactions happen inside Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. These are third-party platforms with their own accessibility and privacy policies. To avoid excluding anyone, we provide alternatives.
Joining and shopping without social media
- You can request to join or purchase via email or WhatsApp without Instagram or Facebook
- If you cannot complete a step on a platform, contact us and we will provide an alternative flow by email or phone
- On request, we share product photos, detailed measurements, and descriptions by email or WhatsApp in a screen-reader friendly format
Alternative formats and assistance
- Image descriptions for product drops available on request
- Video call walkthroughs for drape details available on request
- Large print or plain text copies of policies and guides provided on request
## Known accessibility limitations
We are actively fixing the following
- Older blog posts may have missing alternative text for images
- Some headings and landmarks may be inconsistent
- Certain color combinations may not meet contrast targets on older pages
- Some third-party embedded components may not expose full keyboard control
